According to State and Local regulations, all cars/occupants using ADA Parking need to meet the following requirements:
- Valid ADA license plate or placard must be displayed visibly on the vehicle.
- When asked, an occupant of the vehicle must be able to present a valid Pennsylvania Department of Transportation ADA Certificate with appropriate identification of the recipient.
- Person listed on the ADA Certificate must be an occupant of the vehicle.
* ADA Parking spaces are limited and are first-come, first-served. Please plan on arriving early for ADA parking needs. The reserved parking lot does not have assigned ADA parking spaces.
Wheelchair seating is located in row "S" of the lower level (100) level sections. Row "S" is located on the concourse level and does not involve any stairs. The elevator only services the floor and suite level. The only way to get to the second level (200) level is via stairs. Those persons with limited mobility, but not complete restrictions are ask to purchase seating in row "Q" or row "R" of the lower level. There are about 5 stairs to get to row R, Q is in front of that. Mohegan Arena does not have wheelchairs for public use at events.

Guests of Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. SAVOR… reserves the right to check proof of legal drinking age.
There is a maximum of TWO (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase at all concession stands and portable vendors. This policy may change for certain events.
For Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games, all alcohol sales within the arena will conclude at the beginning of the third period. Individual concerts and events are determined on a show to show basis.
SAVOR… has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time during an event.

Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities for Mohegan Arena events. We ask guests with this need to please arrange for this service in advance of the event by calling the arena at (570) 970-7600 or by emailing questions@moheganarenapa.com.
NBT Bank ATM machine is located on the concourse behind section 108 (near the Box Office). The ATM machine is only accessible to guests inside the venue for an event.
Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms located on the venue concourse and public restrooms on suite level and event level.
Mohegan Arena does not issue or sell backstage passes to events. Backstage access is strictly limited and is arranged by tour management on a show-by-show basis.
- Bags that are clear on all sides that are plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12”
- Backpacks, fanny packs and cross body bags that are clear are permitted as long as they meet the size requirements listed above and are translucent (any compartments of said bag that are not see-through result in the bag not being permitted)
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand but not larger than 4″ x 6″, with or without a handle/strap. This small clutch bag may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.
- Diaper bags are permitted when an infant is present. Diaper bags are subject to inspection and must be approved by security.
- Soft sling infant carriers are permitted, but any zipper compartments must be empty and are subject to inspection upon arrival. Infant must be present with the carrier.
- An exception can be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Please contact Guest Services for more information at Questions@MoheganArenaPA.com prior to arrival.
- Any item that is not approved for entry must be returned to the guest vehicle as the venue is not responsible for any items left at security or with Guest Services.
Security check point
- Keys, cell phones, loose change and any metal objects should be removed from a guest's pockets and placed into the security bins before passing through the metal detectors.
- Guests should present any bags to security for inspection before going through the metal detectors.
- General care items such as glasses and wallets should stay in a guest’s pocket when passing through the metal detectors (subject to change).
- Compact umbrellas are allowed in the venue (under 12 inches when compacted). No golf umbrellas or umbrellas with a pointed edge are permitted. Guests must walk through the metal detectors with the umbrella and it is subject to inspection.
- Any other comfort items, such as blankets, seats cushions, children's plush toys, etc. should be carried through the metal detector and are subject to inspection.
- Items are subject to approval per show policy.

The NBT Bank Box Office is located at the East Gate Entrance of Mohegan Arena. The NBT Bank Box Office sells tickets for events happening at Mohegan Arena, and is not able to sell tickets for other venues. The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash. No checks.
The Box Office may be unable to sell tickets for select events for in person purchases. Please check the specific event page for details.

Cameras are permitted into Mohegan Arena for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey games and most events. If allowed, Mohegan Arena allows only small personal still-cameras.
Cameras with any detachable lenses or flashes are not permitted for most events. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the building. Selfie-sticks and Go-Pro devices are not permitted.

Use of cell phones in Mohegan Arena is permitted, as long as it does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere with their ability to enjoy the event. Selfie-sticks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on each show's preference.

ChargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices. For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Some events intended for a younger audience may require that children who have celebrated their first birthday have a ticket. Please check each event individually for age requirements.
Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket to attend a Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins home games provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game. Any child who has celebrated their 3rd birthday will need a ticket to enter the building. (policy subject to change).
Club Seat tickets are located at Center Ice for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey. Club Seats are located in sections C116, C117 and C118. These seats are equipped with several VIP amenities including:
- padded seats that are 2 inches larger than standard seats
- drink holder
- access the private restrooms
- access to private concessions and bar

Our parking lot is located adjacent to the venue and is a short walk to the venue's entrances. The venue parking lot is accessible from Highland Park Blvd. (Exit 168 on Interstate 81) and for select events, via our entrance via Mundy St.
All requests must be made in writing on event/company letterhead a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to the event date. The request must include event date, time, beneficiary of funds raised and email address and phone number for the person receiving the donation. Please include 501(c) number if applicable.

There are 2 elevators for guests to use to access suite level or the arena floor and are located behind section 112 on the concourse.
There is no elevator access to the 200-level seating area and accessing the 200-level seating area will require guests to walk stairs.
In the event of an emergency, Mohegan Arena staff will utilize the public address (PA) system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage. Please follow the direction of the event staff to exit the facility.

There are 2 points of public entry into Mohegan Arena (East Gate Entrance and West Gate Entrance). The Service Entrance located behind the venue on Highland Park Blvd. is only accessible on non-event days.
The East Gate Entrance is by section 108 and the West Gate Entrance is by section 114.

- Guest who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.
- Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact Mohegan Arena staff immediately. Our Guest Services booth is located on the concourse behind section 110 (subject to change per event).
Guests not abiding by this Fan Courtesy Policy are subject to ejection from Mohegan Arena and in some cases subject to criminal prosecution.
The Trans-Med First Aid station is located on the venue concourse behind section 112 near the passenger elevators.
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into Mohegan Arena. Concessions stands located throughout the arena sell a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Patrons requesting to bring in outside food or beverage due to health conditions should contact customer service in advance at questions@moheganarenapa.com.
Pennsylvania State Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
The following is a list of general guest policies that will be enforced. These policies will be upheld regardless of the type of event. Any change to these policies must be cleared through the Arena General Manager.
- Each guest entering the Arena for any type of ticketed event must have a ticket or the proper event credentials. Guests who experience a problem with their tickets (i.e., lost or stolen tickets, etc.) should be directed to the Box Office.
- Loitering in or near the Arena Ticket Office lobby is prohibited. Only those persons with the intent to attend the event or buy tickets to an event may stand in the lobby.
- Tickets for Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza events are sold at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Arena or via the internet at Ticketmaster.com/AXS.com or authorized merchants (such as Groupon and Goldstar). Tickets purchased by any other means are not recommended or guaranteed. The resale of tickets on Arena Property is strictly forbidden.
- For your safety, we require all guests in attendance to wear appropriate clothing attire including shoes. ASM Global Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests wearing garments displaying offensive or inappropriate text and/or images.
- Everyone must sit/stand in the location that matches the seat, section, row and number that is on their ticket, unless the event is General Admission.
- Only one person is allowed to occupy a chair at a time, except for children under 2.
- Standing on chairs, sitting on seat backs, and placing feet on chair backs is prohibited.
- Standing in the aisles, accessible platforms, vomitories or other restricted areas while an event is in progress is prohibited.
- Only guests 21 years of age or older may purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the Arena.
- Guests, promoters, licensee, etc. may not sell any type of food, candy, beverages, tobacco products, souvenirs, toys, or programs in or on the Arena property. Only concessionaires contracted by or through ASM Global may sell food in and on the Arena property. Each employee doing so must wear the proper identification while selling.
- Any guest caught defacing, damaging, or destroying Arena property or grounds will be brought to the immediate attention of an Event Staff Supervisor, manager or law enforcement official.
- Guests wishing to demonstrate at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza should call (570) 970-7600 for details and policies.
- Mohegan Arena is a smoke-free facility. To access the designated smoking area once inside an event at Mohegan Sun Arena, please go to the "Smoking Entrance" located near the West Gate Entrance. Please bring your ticket with you to gain access to the venue. There is no re-entry to the venue without your ticket.
- General Guest Policies at the Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza can be adjusted at any time under the direction of Management.
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the NBT Bank Box Office and are valid for the purchase of most event tickets at Mohegan Arena. General Parking
The Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza parking lot presented by Geisinger is located adjacent to the venue and is accessible via Highland Park Blvd. or Mundy St. Mohegan Arena offers general parking for a fee (check the event page for details on pricing for your specific event) for events and concerts and the parking fee is collected when arriving at the venue. Parking fees are collected via credit card/debit card/mobile pay or cash. Parking fees are included in the ticket price for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Hockey games and money is not collected on game nights. For some events, please note that traffic may become congested on Highland Park Blvd., Mundy St., and Coal St., in Wilkes-Barre Twp. and Exit 168 on Interstate 81. Please arrive early for all arena events as our General Parking Lot may at times become full. There are no public restrooms available in the venue parking lot for most events.
Reserved Parking
Reserved parking is available for purchase for most events online with your event ticket. Reserved parking includes a parking space near the East and West Gate Entrances (based on first come-first served) and also easy-in, easy-out access of the parking lot. Reserved parking prices vary by event and are subject to availability. ADA spaces are not available in the Reserved parking lot.
VIP Parking
Premium Seat Members have access to the VIP Parking Lot located near the West Gate Entrance of Mohegan Arena. The VIP lot is accessible via the Highland Park Blvd. entrance to Mohegan Arena and by using the left hand lanes once on Arena property. Premium Seat Members must have their VIP Parking pass/VIP ticket when arriving at the Arena to gain access to the VIP lot.
ADA Parking spaces are limited and are first-come, first-served. Please plan on arriving early for ADA parking needs.
ADA Parking
Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza provides parking for guests with accessible needs near the East Gate Entrance.
According to State and Local regulations, all cars/occupants using ADA Parking need to meet the following requirements:
- Valid ADA license plate or placard must be displayed visibly on the vehicle.
- When asked, an occupant of the vehicle must be able to present a valid Pennsylvania Department of Transportation ADA Certificate with appropriate identification of the recipient.
- Person listed on the ADA Certificate must be an occupant of the vehicle.
ADA Parking spaces are limited and are first-come, first-served. Please plan on arriving early for ADA parking needs.

Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Mohegan Arena for ticketed events. This policy is subject to change per event.
Guests may utilize ride share services to and from the arena. Please let our parking staff know upon arrival at the Main Entrance from Highland Park Blvd, and they will direct you to the designated drop-off/pick-up locations. Locations may vary by event.
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on Mohegan Arena property. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from the official ticket provider for the event (Ticketmaster/AXS) or the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Arena.

Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza and ASM Global reserve the right to inspect and search all guests entering the Arena.
ASM Global reserves the right to employ metal detection devices as necessary to promote a safe environment for guests, performers and employees.
Guests entering the Arena for an event must enter through the West or East Gate, where guests will walk pass through outdoor metal detectors or may request a manual pat-down as warranted. Media personnel must enter through a designated press entrance at the West Gate.
Security Reminders:
- Walk-through metal detectors will be in place at every arena entrance.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the venue (exceptions may be made for medical/dietary restrictions).
- Guests are asked to have their keys, wallets and phones out of their pockets upon arrival at the security checkpoints and jackets should be unzipped.
- Strollers/car seats are not permitted.
- No signs, face or body paint, or noisemakers/horns/permitted.

The ASM Global managed Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township has partnered with the Occupational Therapy Department at Misericordia University in Dallas, PA to develop a three-tiered sensory accommodations program entitled "Archie's Sensory Program".
Archie’s Sensory Program, named for the beloved Misericordia University mascot, consists of a three-tiered, sensory services program consisting of Archie’s Sensory Stories, Archie’s Sensory Library and Archie’s Den.

Archie’s Sensory Stories, produced by Peyton Breinich and Mike Gombita, provides guests with a downloadable video guide to help provide guests with sensory challenges an advance look at the arena and what to expect on their journey to and once inside the facility for an event.

Archie's Sensory Library
Archie’s Sensory Library is a sensory services accommodations center located adjacent to the Guest Relations Booth behind section 110. Archie’s Sensory Library includes sensory items that can be loaned to guests at events such as fidget toys, adult and youth noise cancelling headphones, sunglasses, and wiggle cushions.

Archie's Den
Archie’s Den is located on the venue’s suite level, away from the performance space and hockey rink. The room is aesthetically calming, with muted colors, dimmed lighting, LED light-up bubble wall water fixtures, stepping stones, sensory chairs, wall art and floor tiles. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the room. Guests can obtain a sensory pass to utilize Archie’s Den for free at Mohegan Arena’s Guest Relations Booth located behind section 110 on the venue concourse.

Archie’s Sensory Program is designed for individuals with sensory challenges to have opportunities to enjoy the show at the arena. This is not individualized sensory treatment and tiers of the program should be utilized at the person’s own discretion and liability. Misericordia University Occupational Therapy Program, ASM Global, Luzerne County Convention Center Authority, and Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza are not liable for any injury or misuse of equipment that a participant may engage in. All participants should be directly monitored by a family member/care giver while using any equipment or engaging in any activities in Archie’s Sensory Program.
Service animals that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in Mohegan Arena. All service dogs must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee. The service animal must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Mohegan Arena. There is a smoking section located outside the West Gate Entrance (section 114) that is accessible for guests once inside the venue. Guests exiting the venue to utilize the smoking area will be subject to security inspection upon return and must have their event ticket or smoking pass (provided by our venue staff upon exiting the venue) when returning.
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Mohegan Arena property without proper authorization from management.
Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey games for a monetary donation outlined by the Penguins organization. Please visit the Penguins Fan Assistance Booth behind section 108 before the 1st Intermission to make this request or call 570-208-PENS.
The venue does not accept requests for special announcements during non-hockey events. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Babies may be brought into the venue in a soft baby carrier or a sling. Rigid frame baby and toddler carriers, cars seats and strollers are not permitted.

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Team Store is located behind section 101/102 on the concourse and is open exclusively during Penguins home games to ticket holders. The Team Store accepts credit card/mobile pay only.

Compact umbrellas are permitted into Mohegan Arena. No golf umbrellas or umbrellas with a pointed edge will be permitted inside the venue. All items are subject to search upon arrival. Please note this policy is subject to change the day of the event.
Use of video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited for most events. Mohegan Arena reserves the right to confiscate any tape, film, mobile devices with recordings and remove the patron from the building.

No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into Mohegan Arena. Concessions stands located throughout the arena sell a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Patrons requesting to bring in outside food or beverage due to health conditions should contact customer service in advance at questions@moheganarenapa.com.
Public WiFi for event attendees is available at all events at Mohegan Arena. Guests utilizing our public WiFi must agree to the terms of use before logging in. Mohegan Arena reserves the right to terminate usage to fans at events at any time.

Tickets ordered or prepaid can be picked up at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Arena. The Will Call windows are open during Box Office hours and customers must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets.
In some circumstances, Will Call may only be available for pickup on the date of the performance.
Select events at Mohegan Arena offer discount tickets for children of certain ages. For most events, children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket when accompanied by an adult. For availability and rates for children's tickets, please check the individual event page.
Occasionally, a Mohegan Arena show promoter, in conjunction with the designated ticketing platform, may elect to restrict pre-sale and day of on sale ticket purchases based on zip code billing addresses in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton/Hazleton metropolitan area. Please check individual event pages for more information.
